Steve Mackie

Job Title: Managing Director, Chartered Financial Planner

Steve co-founded the company in 2004 and is now Managing Director. He is a Chartered Financial Planner with over 20 years experience advising private clients on all aspects of financial planning, investment strategy and tax planning.

Sam Jermy

Job Title: Director, Chartered Financial Planner

Sam has worked in the financial sector for over 24 years, gaining a wealth of experience working within investment management, stockbroking and private equity companies. He is a Chartered Financial Planner and was awarded Fellowship of the Personal Finance Society in 2018. Sam lives with his wife and two teenage sons in Brighton.

Daniel Randall

Job Title: Paraplanner

Daniel has over 10 years of experience working in Financial Services.  He is currently working towards his Diploma in Financial Planning and supports the advisers in piecing together advice reports. Daniel enjoys finding new places to explore with his young family and visiting his parents in Cornwall.

Clare Mackie

Job Title: Practice Manager

Clare has over 10 years experience in Financial Services and has worked for some top IFA firms managing their paraplanning departments. Clare now supports Steve and Sam and the rest of the admin team to help ensure the smooth running of the practice.

Jacqui Jermy

Job Title: HR & Client Service Manager

Jacqui has over 18 years of experience working in Human Resources and Client Relationship Management.  She provides administrative support, diary management, client review preparation and HR support.  Jacqui loves attending dance classes and walking in the countryside with her dog Loki.

Julie Welch

Job Title: Client Service Manager

Julie has over 20 years corporate experience working within sales and marketing, account management, and compliance.  She provides administrative support, diary management and client review preparation.  Julie loves exploring the footpaths of Sussex at the weekend with her dog Murray, reading a good book and playing soft ball cricket in a woman’s local league.

Zoë Blake

Job Title: Client Service Manager

Zoë has over 15 years experience working in sales and customer service, 7 of which within Financial Services specialising in protection and wealth management as a personal assistant. Zoë provides administrative support, client review preparation and assisting with client enquiries. She loves the theatre, live music, festivals & travel.

Benji, Loki & Murray

Job Title: Office Mascots

This is Benji, the beige poodle is Loki, and the black poodle is Murray, our office mascots! Any clients visiting our office might see them from time to time and well behaved dogs are always welcome to come in with their owners!
